TIME MANAGER* (6024019)
Time Manager provides a personal calendar. It allows the user
to create an automatic reminder and a permanent history. By recording
events as they happen, the user can later retrieve a breakdown of
events and expenses with a few keystrokes. Data can be organized and
updated; totals can be created in several different categories for
tax verification and expense reports.
Time Manager is designed to provide a complete list of each
day's activities organized by priority. Appointments are maintained
in chronological order. As one completes each item on the list, it
can be deleted or marked for permanent record keeping of activities.
Items scheduled, but not completed, become reminders that begin the
"to-do" list on the following day.
The search and print features allow easy documentation of
expenses by category. Time Manager creates and totals expense records
by scanning historical data for any category or key word. With
expenses linked to specific events, identification, and verification
are much easier.
Time Manager's searching feature provides access to
previously-recorded information. Documentation of important dates and
events is performed, as events are entered in the calendar. By
selecting a keyword or category, a search can be made and the exact
date of a previously-recorded activity can be located.
Time Manager can display the time and date. The clock on the
IBM Personal Computer can be set to activate the speaker during the
day and can be used as a reminder of an important meeting or the
duration of ongoing activities.
In addition to displaying data, Time Manager and the IBM 80
CPS Matrix Printer combine to provide hard copy records. For example,
a schedule of daily activities can be printed.
